Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: We offer a full refund on items that are returned within 30 days of purchase and are accompanied by a receipt. The refund will be issued in the format that it was paid for. If you do not have a receipt, will we give you store credit. Unfortunately, we can not take back books, patterns or yarn that has been wound.
Q: DO YOU WIND YARN?
A: Yes. If you purchased your yarn here at Knit House, then we are very happy to wind it for you.
Q: WILL YOU HAVE CLASSES?
A: Yes, we offer drop-in help at our knitting table, project-based classes, private lessons and a free weekly Knit Night!
Q: WHAT IS YOUR CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: If you must cancel, we ask that you call a minimum of 24 hours in advance to receive class credit. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance your class fee will be forfeited.
