Virtual Classes & Events
NEW CLASSES!
At Knit House, we provide knitting get-togethers ("happenings"), one-on-one lessons, project-based classes, knitting tables - and more! - all taught by our resident expert teachers, Chiaki Hayashi and Ariane Hurley.
Each of these offerings speaks to a different type of project, skill level and knitter.
We’re happy to help you find exactly what you’re looking for, so don’t hesitate to ask!
**While we have temporarily suspended all in-person classes and events during this worldwide health crisis, we are happy to announce that we've added quite a few virtual offerings to the schedule!**

Virtual CLASSES
About every other week or so, we offer a new class on a particular topic - often inspired by your suggestions. Ribbed hats, exclusive Knit House sweaters, mosaic cowls and stuffed bears are just a few of the projects you can expect to find on our calendar. In addition, we are starting to offer skill-building classes such as: How to Use Ravelry, Cast-Ons, Yarn Substitutions and anything else our customers request. New classes will always be announced in our weekly newsletter (scroll to the bottom of the page to join the mailing list), or simply click on the button below to learn more.
The Knitting Table is designed as an informal drop-in session. You decide what you'll work on. Get the help you need with the project of your choice, or learn a new technique - it's up to you! The Knitting Table fills up, so sign up in advance online. Choose a Wednesday or Saturday morning session with Chiaki, or a Tuesday evening session with Ariane.
Do you prefer learning in a focused, one-on-one environment? Do you have an issue with your knitting that's bigger than The Virtual Knitting Table can easily handle? Whatever the case may be, sign up now for a private 30-minute session with Chiaki.
