Just What We Need...

...more yarn!

Hi Everyone,

No, there really isn't any space for new yarn in the shop right now.

But when has that stopped us??!

Yarn companies are not always open to setting up new wholesale accounts. Sometimes, they are overwhelmed with orders and can't take on any more accounts, and sometimes they just don't want to oversaturate the market. Both are perfectly understandable. 

So, it is with great excitement that we report that we have been accepted as a retailer for two new yarns companies that we've been waiting on for some time!

Quince & Co. is a really wonderful company - the inspiration of well-known knit designer, Pam Allen. They are committed to environmental responsibility in their products as well as diversity in their company. And what about their yarns? Oh boy. These are beautiful fibers (so many to choose from!) in subtle and sophisticated palettes. We can't wait to get our hands on this yarn!

Lichen and Lace is another real winner. The COLORS of this hand-dyed yarn are absolutely fantastic; they remind us of wildflowers! We're thinking about the mohair (we don't have any multi-colored mohair!) and the bulky and probably one other base. 

The next problem: How to choose??? Which bases? Which colors? Sigh...

If you have any input on either of these companies, we would accept it gratefully!
