Create a beautiful flowery motif with self striping yarn and German short rows. The pattern is knit in garter stitch, so no purl stitches! The yarn does most of the work and creates a product that is unique and artistic. This scarf requires just 2 skeins/balls of yarn - one for the leaf motif and one for the background. Choose contrasting colors to further highlight the leaf motif.
The class project covers: 1. German short rows. 2. I-cord edging worked simultaneously with the project. 3. Reading written instructions.
Choose your own colors that are vibrant and contrasting enough to pop when put together.
