Let's learn to crochet!
This class is for the brand new crocheter. Beginners encouraged!
You will begin by learning how to hold your crochet hook and yarn. Then, we will practice chain stitch, single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet - the foundation stitches for all of your future crochet projects.
Date: Thursday, April 18th 1:30-2:30
Supplies:
Yarn - Any smooth Worsted Weight yarn - Please choose a lighter color yarn
Crochet Hook - Clover Amour Crochet Hook 4mm or 4.5 mm
If you are planning to take 'Single Crochet Basket' or 'Crochet Tote Bag' class, you may want to use Saredo 'Fairey Floss' and US J (6mm) hook.
Notions: one crochet stitch marker, i.e. an open stitch marker, locking stitch marker or split ring stitch marker.
